Malta Sea Breeze

This post was last updated on January 28th, 2019

I just got back from a long weekend in Sofia so I haven’t really had time for a new post. Therefore, I decided to opt for something that still shows you a bit from my recent trip to Malta (check out my sneak peak and my detailed posts on the trip itself and the vegan food I had there).
People sometimes ask about some of the outfits I wear, so I decided to list some of the items here on the blog. That gives me another chance to post more pictures from beautiful Malta without repeating what I’ve already said in the other posts.

It’s a really simple outfit as you can see but a great excuse to show more of the beautiful streets of Valletta.

I bought the t-shirt several years ago from a popular fast fashion brand, but I like how the blue/white striped look goes with the fun “Sea Breeze” skirt from Bettie Page Clothing. The skirt is one of my favorites for spring and summer because it’s really lightweight and comfortable. It’s made of a cotton blend and is fully lined which makes the skirt really flowy. All Bettie Page Clothing items are made in the US, not in factories in Asia where workers are exploited.

The rose pink sandals are from Beyond Skin, a vegan shoe brand, and are handmade in Spain. My days of wearing high heels are long gone, and I love finding flat shoes that go with a more vintage look without looking dated.

Valletta was such a beautiful place, I still miss it.

As you can see, the skirt is worn high at the waist.
